        I am one of the attorneys for MyContractor.com, Inc. My client advises me that you have been posting defamatory comments about it on your website, Pacesettersucks.com.

        Your postings imply that MyContractor is associated with Pacesetter. This is not true. MyContractor has never been associated with Pacesetter, Corp. Any negative comments that you may have regarding Pacesetter should not be directed to MyContractor.

        MyContractor is suffering financial losses because of the false and misleading nature of your potings. I will take immediate and appropriate action in the event that you continue to post comments, which are false, misleading and calculated to interfere with MyContractor's existing and prospecitve business relations.

        Please cease and desist your course of action immediately.
