Another outfit I sold for for a few months did window and door replacement only. Pacesetter Products. They'd schedule the leads from a phone room and I'd go out and verbally twist their arm till they either bought or tossed me out. If I made a sale, and they didn't rescind the contract, Commission was 35% if they bought at full boat. Then it went down on a sliding scale if I dropped the price. Some guys did really really well doing this but I quit when I noticed I had to drink myself to sleep at night.
